Hai Di Lao Huo Guo, or Hai Di Lao Hot Pot (海底捞火锅), is a chain of hot pot restaurants founded in Sichuan Province, China in 1994. At an early phase, it was a small shop selling "hot and spicy soup"(麻辣烫)". Later it developed and expanded its menu range.
